Awesome service by an awesome guy! Josh is a down-to-Earth local HVAC retail and service who makes sure you get value for your investment, not just selling you the most expensive options and services with the highest profit margin. He gave me two quotes: 1) best unit and install for the lowest price, and 2) best overall installation for a higher price. I explained my limited budget to him. He listed and presented me with a top-line unit and installation within my budget. We even moved the inside unit from the attic to a first-floor closet for easier filter changes and servicing.I am thoroughly impressed with Josh's professional manner and willingness to explain not only what he is doing, but why doing it today is better option than yesterday or waiting until tomorrow.Keep up the good work, Josh.
