Juan arrived right on time. Problem: basement was 15 degrees colder than main floor. He did normal troubleshooting and thought the issue was resolved. Juan also gave me homeowner tips for preventative maintenance. But as he was taking a final look at the thermometer he noticed a different irregularity. He took the time and gave his full attention to resolving ALL my AC issues!IT saying: “When is a job done? “Done is done.Today happened to be the final day of my service contract. Did I sign up for highest grade of service again?You betcha!
