Subscribed to his service. The quality of the price books was poor, inflexible and full of errors, misspelling, etc. He got defense when we complained and kept billing us months and months after cancelling. Wants to require Certified Letter to cancel. Very unprofessionalWants to sell consulting is his main thing. We refused. Avoid this guy. Wendell Bedell, HVAC
