Our goal is to keep our customers comfortable and satisfied by providing excellent customer service and following through on our promises. Our main product line is Lennox and Trane Gas and Electric Units and Mitsubishi Mini Split Systems. We believe in providing only the most reliable and efficient equipment on the market. American Air is a family owned business with our initial start-up right here in Redding in 2002. Kim Orr is the owner/founder, and his son Matt joined the business in 2005, working his way up the ranks from installer to salesman, and service technician. Matt has recently been promoted to field manager, and will in the near future be taking over the family business. We have been established as a trusted business serving Redding and the surrounding communities now for over seventeen years.
