Since the Lennox HVAC system is only 2 years old and installed by large reputable regional company that charges twice as much for routine check-ups, there was little fear of a coolant leak (as we had had with 2 earlier Carrier systems in the 30+ years we have lived in this Toll Brothers house)! However, Ellis strains his technicians with far too many appointments (our 11:00 am “late morning” became our 4:00 pm quick tests) and move on for SIX more appointments by the team that same LATE afternoon. (Lucky we could cancel all our regular activities to wait for 5 hours.) THANKS COOL-AID
