I have been a loyal customer of Platt's Air Condiioning and Heating, Inc. for over 11 years.  You may wonder, why loyal?  To put it simply, Platt's offers excellent customer service, they are extremely knowledgeable, and professional.  Whenever I have a question or a problem, they listen, advise and resolve.the issue.  The Platt's team from Beth, Carol, and Shawn to their installers and repair technicians are a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend Platt's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. for your home air conditioning or heating needs.  You won't be disappointed.
