I would love to reflect the most positive experience In have had. My AC roof unit quit working  5 July Tech Coll responded within hours to my rescue.  They repaired the AC and were very polite comforting and assured all would be repaired. Now my AC unit was 30 years old, and my insurance company authorized some repairs. Tech Cool kept the price down repaired the unit for the service call price to myself.  On 4 July the house seemed warm. I could her the unit running but now blowing. Hard cool.  Just getting by.  The next morning the Fan totally quit.  This was the hottest busiest day of the year. Tech Cool told me,  Mr. Hector the representative for the company asked me to be patient as possible under the 102 temp in my home and assured me his crew would be there.  They did show up at 1115 PM determined the entire unit must be replaced.  This is when Tech Cool really stepped up.  They contacted my insurance company, at 600 am the next morning explained the situation, Mr. Hector explained that repairing the unit would only lead to more expenses, and the customer, myself and wife both have serious medical problems my heart my wife brain surgery in April. He stressed that it was important to replace the entire heating/air condition unit at this point.  By 530 pm 13 July my AC was replaced by a Crain and Hectors crew. Only because someone cared enough.  That being the entire staff of Tech Cool.  God bless them for helping senior citizens in time of havoc, and fear.  My hat is off to the pros of Tech Cool.  I will recommend this company to everyone. call them they care.God bless you.Roger Weston  customer.
