Just replaced two 17 & 1/2 year old Bryant heating and air systems in my home with Zimmer.  I found them to be competitive in quoting new Carrier Infinity series air conditioners and furnaces.  The salesman was very accommodating as our air was out on the second floor in our home.  Our job was scheduled with priority.  The installation crew was experienced and was prompt each of the four days that they were onsite.  They also were very clean with shoe coverings and cleaning up at the end of each day.  The front office personnel was right on top of things after the installs were completed and a service technician was scheduled to review the installers work and to setup our two new systems the way we wanted.  All systems were tested to ensure they were working properly.  Salesman was very responsible following through on final paperwork with such things as any rebates, tax credits, and warranty information.  I would highly recommend Zimmer Heating & Cooling should you require new or existing service.  A true Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer.
